super chubby cheeks

ouch, look at this. i found this photo of a chubby cheek. it looks like someone just stuffed two mini tangerines in both his cheek. oh my. i cannot imagine how huge this little body is. sit up right, i think his cheek will sag.

though this looks cute, in reality, i don't want my kids to look like this. this cheek is just too chubby for me.

it have to be a disease........

The child is probably on prednisone, it causes the cheeks to swell :(
