Men who cheats

I wonder if those husbands who has love affairs actually feel guilty about cheating to their wives? I bet at some point, their wives will eventually find out. At that point, is it too late to live with the regrets? I wonder. But I'm sure it's not entirely man's fault. Sometimes when two people see too much of each other, they tend to develop a feeling for each other, people like bosses and their secretary or personal assistant. Call it lust. Especially when they travel often together on business trips, stay in Hotels in Rome, the romantic city or Hotels Amsterdam the Sex City, thousand of miles away from their wives, it's all too easy to break the rule.

Not only that, some husbands love to have their little weekend getaway together with their girlfriend in Hotels London just to be away from their wives. That's absolutely unfair to the wife. Why not end your marriage so your wife could go on with his life rather than all wrapped up in your lies while you're away at some Hotels in Barcelona kissing some other babe? Come on, give everyone a break, can?

If a marriage turns sour

Just like every other stay-at-home-mom(SAHM) and wife, I totally rely on my hubby when it comes to financial needs. You can say that he brings home the bacon while I run the household. Without him, I am as good as a beggar. It gives me shudder just to think that one day if he were to leave me for another chick, that's it. I'm finished.

You see, the thing with stay-at-home mom like me or all SAHM in general
is that we are a bunch of very insecure people who are stranded at home with kids. Though being mother is the greatest job on earth, we do not generate any income. Sad isn't it?

Once in a while, the wicked side of me tends to plan my what-if strategy, or call it my back up plan. There's no guarantee that a marriage will last forever, I'm just playing it safe by taking precautions. I know where I keep all of hubby's watches. Like every other Watch Buyers, he loves the collectibles, which means his watches are at least worth some money.

Touch wood, but just in case one day our relationship turn sour, I can grab all his watches and jewellery and ran away. Least to say, that will keep me off the streets, by selling his stuffs to the
Jewelry buyers. Not the brightest idea, but in difficult times, this plan is genius.

I don't know if diamond fetches better price than gold or watches, it's ok because I can always get free evaluation at the
Diamond buyers. But one thing for sure, hubby can make sure he gets absolutely nothing if he ever dare to be unfaithful to me. I will leave nothing valuable behind for him, or his stupid chick.

Am i invited?

Mom just called to inform that she'll be coming over on 1st February. Apparently, a distant relative will be getting married and I am invited too. I was so surprised, I told mom i have no idea that I'm invited. Maybe she just assume that herself.

Anyway, I never heard a word about any wedding bells or Wedding Planning, how is it possible? I guess we'll have to wait for the invitation to arrive in the mailbox. I know how tedious a wedding planning can be, though my wedding was on a very very small scale, it was so time-consuming and tedious. I'm just hoping the couple will be happy together, regardless of whether I'll be invited to their wedding.

i need to get hubs this cd

he's a man of few words. he's a man who seldom shares his thoughts and rarely has anything sweet to say to me. do i know him at all before i married him? yes, i do. for the name of love, we're still together. but sometimes i cannot help but wonder if he appreciates me at all? for being a wife that obeys him like he's a commander. yes, i do love and respect him that much.

at the end of the day, a woman sometimes longs for affection, a little romantic gesture or at least, some nice words to hear. this coming valentine's day, i might not be getting a bouquet of roses, or a champagne that awaits me at a candle lit dinner. but i am itching to get him some subliminal CDs from
http://www.subliminal-cds.com/ , one on 'becoming romantic' and 'total marriage success'.

hopefully, he'll learn to appreciate me more, be more expressive and bond us together. this is a perfect valentine gift, one that might change your love life for good.

the wedding planner: one lost dream

if i were to follow my dreams, maybe today i'm already a famous wedding planner. i took the wrong path when i was finished high school, followed suit what others pursue, the IT. it seems like a good idea that time, how people telling me programmers earn big bucks writing programs. funny, it didn't work out for me. i wasn't a bright person, i should have known.

my passion has always been with designing and decorating, full of passion for the things i love. perfect candidate for a wedding planner isn't it? theknot is a site that is forever in my favorite bookmark list. the site offers unique and one-of-a-kind fabulous unique wedding favors other sites cannot possibly match. brides maid dresses, wedding cakes, gift registry, almost anything you want to find for your perfect wedding.

perhaps one day, i might change my mind. when my son is a little older already, i'll pursue my dream to be a wedding planner. i know i have talent.

over a cup hot chocolate and ice tea

it's getting really late now, but we just got home. hubs and i, we went out for a drink. not beer or liquor i mean. just hot chocolate and a glass of ice tea. i love time like this, when we're not in a hurry, we just sit down and talk about things that happened, how's the business going, and how our little baby has grown into a cute little boy.

i enjoyed every bit of the conversation, besides that one phrase hubs hit me with. "i told you not to disturb me when i was in bed". he probably told me that phrase a thousand times, i really don't care how many times, cos whether i intentionally 'disturb' him or not, i always get a lecture. so why bother to defend myself? i can't be bothered. let him release his wee bit on anger out, then every thing will be ok.

maybe that's one reason we, as a couple, don't argue much. i gave in a lot, took all the words in, gulped in down with my saliva and we have world peace..

a love affair

what makes a relationship work? i'm not talkin about boyfriend / girlfriend relationship where you see each other maybe 4 times a week. i'm talkin about married couple, with kids. as for me, i think mutual understandin is what keeps a relationship strong. and givin each other enough space to breath and not breathin down each others neck.

i personally feel that my patience has brought me to a totally different level, patience i never knew i have, to avoid gettin in fights or misunderstandin. because at the end of the day, talkin things over is the only solution to any problem.

what about you? do you have any tips to share?

14 years old just got married

how weird to hear this from my uncle. a girl she knew, from the restaurant he often frequents, got married. that's not too weird i know, getting married is not a big deal. but if you're 14 with a buldging belly, it sure is weird.

my uncle went to the wedding dinner, the bride seems to be the more relax. not a little nervous. she was so excited to see so many turnout, nothing short of pure happiness. she's lucky, she has a great family and in-laws to fund her wedding. how possible is it for a 14 year old little girl to have any knowledge about Wedding Planning? she managed to pull through a wedding reception and wedding dinner. she at least deserved to be praised a little, don't you think?

But i still think that planning a wedding should be stress-free, get a wedding planner to do it. Wedding channel has all information a bride-to be needs to know for her wedding, everything from interactive planning tools and expert advice, all for free.

the ex factor

that year was 2001. i had the most amazing episode of falling in love. his name is ben. we were working together in Treacle Moon, the most posh and glamourous restaurant at Tyneside River, facing the Quayside, the view was amazing. every night, we'll take a walk down the river like many other couples, declaring our love for each other over and over again. we were so very caught in this crazy romantic thing called love. the touch was magical, the kisses made me float.

then the time came for me to leave Newcastle, i didn't want to leave him behind but i have to get back to my family. we want so much for our relationship to work out, but maintaining a long distance relationship is not an easy thing. We text-ed and email each other endless time a day for many months. the content were always the same, miss you and love you. it was like being in love with an imaginary friend, no physical boyfriend to hold and to hug. i hang on, before love is full of hope.

one day, i received a letter of love. i was overjoyed. in the letter, he said the relationship has wears off, or so he claimed. i almost want to die. he can at least talk to me over the phone, let me have my say. but i didn't get the chance to, because all my calls and emails were unanswered. what a chicken. as hard as it was, i moved on. thank God i didn't kill myself over a chicken.

havin tea without me

it's 15 minutes to 11. after dinner and a shower, my hubs went out for tea without me. i missed the days when he lets me tag along wherever he goes. i was like his shadow, day or night, rain or shine. those were the days, now he prefers to go shadowless. as for today, a rainy evening.

i've got reviews to complete, he just got lucky he went without me. why is it that men and men just love to have tea without their wives? are they talkin politics, business, or bragging about how good they are in bed? i don't know anymore.

healthiest kinda relationship

married to a typical chinese man, i think i can make use of these lines below:

the healthiest relationships are not those that are free of conflicts or full of conflicts, but where those involved know how to resolve their occasional conflicts without destroyin each other. they know how to turn their barriers into bridges and make up with one another without tearin the relationship apart.

avoid the tendency to get even with one another during a conflict because people usually get at odds with each other whenever they try to get even.

so she married a datuk

where were we? oh, my friend..she married a datuk today. bless her. she looks so pretty tonight. her man, so so. he looked huge, almost like a hercules. or is it mr. incredible? he suits her fine, hope this day will be a beginnin of a beautiful love story with the fairytale endin.

oh come on, real life is not like that. ask me, i've been married for almost 3 year, at least i know how to fly the 'relationship kite' better than those singles out there. this by far is the only tactic that works.

just like how you handle a kite- let loose, pull back, let loose, pull back, there need to be a certain level of give and take, freedom and control in a relationship and eventually your kite will be smooth sailin up in the deep blue sky, provided it's a sunny day. when the sky is not clear, and gloomy, keep your kite at home just like how you keep your mouth shut when both are so heated up you can almost make a kettle boil by puttin it up on your head.

so today, my friend married a datuk. big deal. because datuk's father is a tan sri. this one, big leg.

young and naive

i'll be attendin a friend's weddin. a friend i met in newcastle when i once lived. not too long, about two years. i love that place so much i often dream of goin there again. i sure will.

this friend, a malay used to date an tall handsome 'angmoh' (english). back then, everythin seems certain. like we'll surely ended up marryin and have half a dozen of kids with them. my own relationship was no exception. i date a thai. a rich thai. he's so handsome, i wasn't that pretty but he fell for me. or maybe i thought so.

to be continued..i got to run. i'm late for her weddin dinner. just to let you know, today she's marryin someone else..just like me.
