lately, my sleep pattern has sort of messed out. totally. goin to bed at 3.30am but woke up at 8.30am feelin totally refreshed and charged. but noon, my eye lid can almost shut by itself if it's not because i try to open it wide. i feel very exhausted from my lack of sleep so i must take a nap. and now at 5.45pm, i'm feelin sleepy again. sigh.. big problem.
no jet lag. nothin. body clock went haywire. and black bag under my eyes are becomin more obvious. this is no good. i heard that overtime black under eyes can be a permanent thing. yucks, i don't want that.
