Magicloans that does magic

::this is a sponsored post::

A stay-at-home-mom is not a professional job, though it's the most tedious job ever. Mommy doesn't get paid, no sick leaves, no whatsoever. Doesn't it sound just too miserable? I bet it is.

Though right now mommy wish to get a pay check every month and a fat bank account so i could buy a property for investment.

Everyone knows too well without a stable job, it's almost impossible to apply for a Home Loans, so i guess that's a sacrifice to make. Daddy should really look at buying a property. We could try applying for a MagicLoans, it shouldn't burden us too much i guess. They have a professional team that helps us tailor make an installment plan to make sure we are able to pay it back comfortably every month. Repayment period can stretch up to 30 years, i bet daddy's going to love magicloans.

living luxurious, the celebrity way

who doesn't like celebrity gossips? i think one of the reason people 'worship' these idol gossips is because celebrities seems to have everything we middle class people can only dream of. their fabulous lifestyle, their overspending habits. But most of all, they spent most lavishly buying their mega mansions, sports car and such.

Most if not all celebrities didn't like their privacy invaded. For that reason, they prefer to be in places such as W South Beach Condo where they have their own private beach access,a secret garden with private showers, private pool cabanas with flat screen TVs and much much more.

Sigh, this is a lifestyle i can only dream of. Wait, winning the lottery might buy me a penthouse on the 19 storey beachfront property, imagine waking up to the sea breeze slapping right at my face. Only 15 minutes drive to Bal Harbour Shops for some shopping therapy at Gucci, Cartier and Bulgari. Louis Vuitton, Prada, Sergio Rossi, Dolce and Gabbana, and Roberto Cavalli.
Luxury and comfort the celebrity style, i love it.

by the way, this place will only open in 2009. you still have time to book yourself a unit. perhaps we could be neighbours.

Courtyard or Terrace Illusion

this is a piece of interestin optical illusion. it might be a graphic design piece work of work altered this way. i guess it's two pieces of work precisely combined together. Else, how would you define this piece?

Is this a Courtyard or Terrace?

You Decide...

travelling to london

Those days when i was studying in UK undeniably was one of the most enjoyable episode of my life. I'm not saying that my life now is miserable, not anywhere near it. Alright, maybe slanting a little downwards from exciting to stable routine life. Married with one toddler is an experience i would rather live right now. Exciting life can now be made history.

Exciting because every sales season, my sister and i will board the coach from oxford to london. we didn't have much pocket money, but that sure didn't stop us from travellin around london sightseeing and all.

One thing i love about london is those mega billboards advertising featuring famous brands and supermodels. Some signage do bring us to warehouse sales with fabulous discounts. Maybe that's why they are there for, to provide information for lost tourist like us.

I'll surely travel to London with my family in the future. The metropolitan sure has undergone mega transformation over the years, but i have to least worry about that, because i know London is one of the friendliest city in the world, with directory everywhere, we sure can manage even without a tour guide.

HDTV suits me fine

ouch, did you read the newspaper today? a group of punters, all 13 of them won 2.4 million dollars in the lottery. Is it a coincidence that the number is the reverse age of the late Genting Group founder, Tan Sri Lim, one of the richest man in the world?

all my life, if days accumulated and counted till this moment, i have officially won nothing in contest or lottery so whatever. If a bottle of body wash and body lotion count, then at least i won something. how i wish i can be the lucky few to walk away with a mercedes benz, a fully furnished condominium or at least a mitsubishi HDTV.

A television, because i need one. It's about time to change that 20" square huge black box in my living room. It'll be my luckiest day if i get to win a voucher from Krillion.com, so i get to choose any HDTV that i want. That 65" Flat Screen Panel suits me fine.

so she married a datuk

where were we? oh, my friend..she married a datuk today. bless her. she looks so pretty tonight. her man, so so. he looked huge, almost like a hercules. or is it mr. incredible? he suits her fine, hope this day will be a beginnin of a beautiful love story with the fairytale endin.

oh come on, real life is not like that. ask me, i've been married for almost 3 year, at least i know how to fly the 'relationship kite' better than those singles out there. this by far is the only tactic that works.

just like how you handle a kite- let loose, pull back, let loose, pull back, there need to be a certain level of give and take, freedom and control in a relationship and eventually your kite will be smooth sailin up in the deep blue sky, provided it's a sunny day. when the sky is not clear, and gloomy, keep your kite at home just like how you keep your mouth shut when both are so heated up you can almost make a kettle boil by puttin it up on your head.

so today, my friend married a datuk. big deal. because datuk's father is a tan sri. this one, big leg.

young and naive

i'll be attendin a friend's weddin. a friend i met in newcastle when i once lived. not too long, about two years. i love that place so much i often dream of goin there again. i sure will.

this friend, a malay used to date an tall handsome 'angmoh' (english). back then, everythin seems certain. like we'll surely ended up marryin and have half a dozen of kids with them. my own relationship was no exception. i date a thai. a rich thai. he's so handsome, i wasn't that pretty but he fell for me. or maybe i thought so.

to be continued..i got to run. i'm late for her weddin dinner. just to let you know, today she's marryin someone else..just like me.

Dreaming of a Honeymoon in Disneyland

I've always wanted to go to Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure in Orlando. Since our wedding anniversary is just two months away, it might be worth suggesting to my dearest husband that I want to go on a honeymoon. Then we'll have enough time to plan for our trip.

Before i go places, I always check out the information i needed on the internet. for instance, booking a hotel room in advance is always much cheaper, and also i might as well get my Disney Tickets online at Orlandofuntickets.com. The last time i checked, this site offers the best rate for both Disney World and all Orlando theme parks.

It sure will be fun to have a special annivesary dinner at the Pirates Dinner Adventure Night. I'm all excited just thinking about it.well, I guess I'm done daydreaming now. Better ring darling husband now else no one is going nowhere.

This repairman needs a ladder rack

The other day when the living room air-conditioning stop functioning all of a sudden, i called in the repairman. It took him ages to locate my house, which isn't at all hard to find. He came with only a toolbox, went back to his office and came again. Both times without the effort of bringing a ladder. I mean, if you're in the business, at least look professionally equipped. He had the guts to ask if i have a ladder for him to reach the air conditioning compressor. Well, he has a van loaded full with stuffs, which explains why he probably couldn't fit a ladder in.

I'm sure he'll be working more efficiently if he installs a ladder rack for him to transport his ladder around. Buying one is cheap especially from BuyAutoTruckAccessories.com. They're known for selling a huge variety of Truck Rack Systems at the lowest market price.

unusual period

Ever since i gave birth to my baby boy, now one year ten months old, i have officially has one year nine month's worth of unusual period pain. somethin i have to deal with every month.

to say that it's unusual, i mean i have normal pain-free menstruation for the first two or three days, and then it will clear. for about a day or so but that's not the end of the cycle. I will get the most horrible cramps, then gush of blood followed by blood clots about the size of 20 cents coin.

I've consulted my gynae, did a scan and he said i'm perfectly fine. So if you've havin the same problem, or have had it before, please share.

11 people on a rope

Eleven people were hanging on a rope under a helicopter.
10 men 1 woman.

the rope was not strong enough to carry them all, so they decided that one had to leave,
because otherwise they are all goin to fall.
they weren't able to choose that person,
until the woman gave a very touching speech.
she said that she would voluntarily let go of the rope, because
as a woman, she was used to giving up everythin for her husband and kids or for men in general,
and was used to always makin sacrifices with little in return.
as soon as she finished her speech,
all the men started clappin...

Precious Keepsake

When i was born, granny bought me a gold neckless. For the chinese especially, gold signifies one’s wealth and purchasing power. I didn't get to see it, not to mention wearing it until much later after she died. Mum gave it back to me as she know i'm old enough to keepsake it. Today, just like silver bars, gold value has increase two if not three folds over the years.

That neckless granny gave to me would be a good return on investment if i were to sell it. But no. I'm never goin to even consider it. This is the only keepsake i have from my granny and it holds a fond memory i have for my granny. I'm going to keep it for as long as i have to, maybe passing it on the my children when i'm old and cold.

Sunset at the North Pole

Someone sent me this photo a couple of days back. I thought it's such a beautiful photo to keep it to myself.

Here's a scene you will probably never get to see, so take a moment and
enjoy. This is the sunset at the North Pole with the moon at its
closest point. And, you also see the sun below the moon.

An absolutely amazing photo isn't..

this one by George Carlin

Isn't it amazing that George Carlin - comedian of the 70's and 80's - could write something so very eloquent...and so very appropriate.

A Message by George Carlin:
The paradox of our time in history is that we have taller buildings but shorter tempers, wider Freeways, but narrower viewpoints. We spend more, but have less, we buy more, but enjoy less. We have bigger houses and smaller families, more conveniences, but less time. We have more degrees but less sense, more knowledge, but less judgment, more experts, yet more problems, more medicine, but less wellness.
We drink too much, smoke too much, spend too recklessly, laugh too little, drive too fast, get too angry, stay up too late, get up too tired, read too little, watch TV too much, and pray too seldom.

We have multiplied our possessions, but reduced our values. We talk too much, love too seldom, and hate too often.

We've learned how to make a living, but not a life. We've added years to life not life to years. We've been all the way to the moon and back, but have trouble crossing the street to meet a new neighbor. We conquered outer space but not inner space. We've done larger things, but not better things.

We've cleaned up the air, but polluted the soul. We've conquered the atom, but not our prejudice. We write more, but learn less. We plan more, but accomplish less. We've learned to rush, but not to wait. We build more computers to hold more information, to produce more copies than ever, but we communicate less and less.

These are the times of fast foods and slow digestion, big men and small character, steep profits and shallow relationships. These are the days of two incomes but more divorce, fancier houses, but broken homes. These are days of quick trips, disposable diapers, throwaway morality, one night stands, overweight bodies, and pills that do everything from cheer, to quiet, to kill. It is a time when there is much in the showroom window and nothing in the stockroom. A time when technology can bring this letter to you, and a time when you can choose either to share this insight, or to just hit delete...

Remember; spend some time with your loved ones, because they are not going to be around forever.

Remember, say a kind word to someone who looks up to you in awe, because that little person soon will grow up and leave your side.

Remember, to give a warm hug to the one next to you, because that is the only treasure you can give with your heart and it doesn't cost a cent.

Remember, to say, "I love you" to your partner and your loved ones, but most of all mean it. A kiss and an embrace will mend hurt when it comes from deep inside of you.

Remember to hold hands and cherish the moment for someday that person will not be there again.

Give time to love, give time to speak! And give time to share the precious thoughts in your mind.

AND ALWAYS REMEMBER:

Life is not measured by the number of breaths we take, but by the moments that take our breath away.

when credit card is due for payment

::this is a sponsored post::

credit card payment will be due in a couple of days. i can see myself draggin my feet to the bank at this day of every month. i mean, oh i love my credit card. i love swiping it. but to be real honest, it's hard to control a shopaholic if you load her handbags with many

credit cards. like you don't know, shopaholic sometimes lack self control.

as a matter of fact, one good credit card is enough. better still if you have a choice of getting interest free credit cards. lesser damage control means lesser spending. no one likes to end up 100 times poorer, just because they spent money they didn't have in the first place. Secondly, opt for one with the balance transfer option which often offers better terms and rates.

Credit card is not evil, at the end of the day, we just need to be wiser in choosing a right credit card for ourselves that suits us best. no more dragging my feet to the bank this time.

God bless the broken road

I set out on a narrow way many years ago
Hoping I would find true love along the broken road
But I got lost a time or two
Wiped my brow and kept pushing through
I couldn't see how every sign pointed straight to you
Every long lost dream lead me to where you are
Others who broke my heart they were like northern stars
Pointing me on my way into your loving arms
This much I know is true
That God blessed the broken road
That led me straight to you

I think about the years I spent just passing through
I'd like to have the time I lost and give it back to you
But you just smile and take my hand
You've been there you understand
It's all part of a grander plan that is coming true

Every long lost dream lead me to where you are
Others who broke my heart they were like northern stars
Pointing me on my way into your loving arms
This much I know is true
That God blessed the broken road
That led me straight to you

don't touch my player

have you heard that song by Rascal Flatts: God Bless the Broken Road. The first time i heard it was like the first time i fell in love. sure, minus the man. I keep repeatin the song in my player i think i kind of pissed some people off at home. They must be thinkin why is she not sick of that silly song?

i tell you, not so soon. so for now, please bear with rascal flatts ok. and don't touch my player, i mean it!

Online University

It has always been an issue of how qualified you are for a job when it comes to getting a well-paid and high ranking job. Though experience is always considered a big bonus, nevertheless it still seems impossible for a person with no degree qualification but a good deal of experience under his belt to advance high in his or her career.

It is now possible to obtain an online university degree like Associate, bachelor, graduate and postgraduate programs. Columbia Southern University offers degree in specialized fields such as fire science, criminal justice, business administration, information technology, human resource management and occupational safety and health. No matter how busy or demanding your work can be, they can always fit you in.
