To Paris again

back in 2001, i went to Paris with my family. I just graduated that time, and jobless. Though we had fun in Paris, i wished i had more money then, for shopping. We were on a tight budget and stayed in the cheapest hotels in paris we can find. Paris, one of the world's top destination for shopping, but what i did was window shopping. I told myself back then that one fine day in the future, i'm coming back to shop till i drop. Probably one of the best time to visit is during the Paris fashion week but no doubt many hotels in france will be fully booked.

Of course I'm goin back to visit the Russian Church L'Eglise Russe, one of the most beautiful ever built outside of Russia, similar to St. Basel's in Moscow. Paris has lots of impressive buildings with unique architectual designs you can find in the world, not only on cathedrals, museums, but also on nice hotels. I'm sure going there one day, maybe wedding anniversary is a good time to go.

missy ugly toes

today, i'm fumin mad because someone feels like steppin on my tail. for your kind information i wasn't in the mood for some entertainment. and there she goes, thinkin i'm one super nice lady, because maybe i looked sweet to her. damn, if i ever see her there again, she's so goin down. first, it's the silent warnin, but another time, you don't dare push your lucky missy ugly toes.

i'm not goin to stood down to her level, she's one super gone-case spoilt brad. i just hate people like that. don't bother askin for details. i don't feel like promotin a some kiddy bitch.

my fabulous casing

i just bought a phone casing for my iphone and it cost me $120. and it's just a case for crying out loud. though i have no intention of buying it, i bought it anyway, for one reason, the mobile salesperson helped me reset my faulty youtube. it was no biggy deal, but seeing that he did it for me free of charge, it'll look bad on me for being cheapskate, don't you think?
anyway, i might need his expertise again in the future.

again, an iphone casing that cost $120, it better helps protect my iphone. i've seen people using SkinIt skins Adhesive Technology on their gadgets, it looks rather cool. especially those personalised ones. Now they even have it for laptops, well we sure know laptop casing are so prone to scratches, getting a Laptop skins wrapped sure helped protects it. There are thousands of designs to choose from, but i would prefer getting it customised with my darling boy's photo. Isn't it cool?
SkinIt fits almost all laptops from apple, toshiba, son, hp and such, so if you're thinking of getting it, consider it done.

the classy pavilion

happy deepavali to all..

what did you do today? i went shoppin at pavilion. no, i mean window shoppin. i bought nothin. just some therapy for my eyes, no damage done to my pocket. we're talkin pavilion, we talkin class. burberry, coach, marc jacobs, armani exchange and probably hundreds more store in there, everythin is expensive. so how to buy?

my birthday is comin anyway.. ::wink::

big family vacation

one of my travel fantasy is to be able to travel to U.S and go shopping till i drop. you might wonder why not Paris? I love Paris, i just think the people there are not so friendly, with stares and those unhelpful glances, i rather go to Orlando.

If i could, i'll bring along my family member, check ourselves into a classy first class group hotel, bring the kids to the famous theme parks, then of course, we go shopping. there are just so many interesting places to go. Orlando.com has a comprehensive tourist guide,
they even have car rental and flight services. with interesting entertainment places to check out, i think a week there is just not enough.

shopaholic needs payday loans

::this is a sponsored post::

one great thing i love about living in UK is the freedom i get and the choices i have. When i was there, i love to shopping so much, it makes me super tight financially towards the end of the month. How pathetic is that.

Nowadays, there are even options to take up Payday Loans with amount ranging from
£80 up to £750. It's easy to apply, with cash electronically deposited into your account overnight. The repayment period are flexible, depending on mutually agreed periods. It really is the most convenient way of getting cash advance for those rainy days.

big big flaw

ouch, one big flaw!

i'm talkin about non other than my new gadget, my iphone. my son calls it "apple juice". iphone has got NO video camera. sucks big time eh. i couldn't imagine how can those genius forget this so simply yet obligatory function eh? or, can someone please tell me if i'm wrong? is it that my iphone is turnin into an ibrick?

houston lapband surgery

my favourite tv program has got to be "plastic surgery". every episode, many people underwent surgery for life saving purposes, though nowadays many opted for surgery to have a more pleasant look. one of the most opted for surgery has got to be houston lapband surgery.

it seems that this is the safest and least invasive surgical weight-loss solution. the procedure involves the surgeon inserting an inflatable adjustable gastric band through small (laparoscopic) incisions and then positions the band around the upper portion of your stomach. After the surgery, the patient will feel full and satisfied even with much lesser food intake. This helps lose excess weight over the a period of time.

lost by michael buble

this song by michael buble is just so heart melting. must listen if you haven't. here's the lyrics if you want to sing along. this is the persuasion 2007 mtv. michael also has a "lost" of his own. but i prefer this one.

LOST
I can't believe it's over
I watched the whole thing fall
And I never saw the writing that was on the wall
If I'd only knew
The days were slipping past
That the good things never last
That you were crying

Summer turned to winter
And the snow it turned to rain
And the rain turned into tears upon your face
I hardly recognized the girl you are today
And god I hope it's not too late
It's not too late
'Cause you are not alone
I'm always there with you
And we'll get lost together
Till the light comes pouring through
'Cause when you feel like you're done
And the darkness has won
Babe, you're not lost
When your worlds crashing down
And you can't bear the thought
I said, babe, you're not lost

Life can show no mercy
It can tear your soul apart
It can make you feel like you've gone crazy
But you're not
Things have seem to changed
There's one thing that's still the same
In my heart you have remained
And we can fly fly fly away

'Cause you are not alone
And I am there with you
And we'll get lost together
Till the light comes pouring through
'Cause when you feel like you're done
And the darkness has won
Babe, you're not lost
When the worlds crashing down
And you can not bear to crawl
I said, baby, you're not lost
I said, baby, you're not lost
I said, baby, you're not lost
I said, baby, you're not lost

my perfect dream house

::this is a sponsored post::

my dream house has a spacious living room and bedrooms with classy and expensive furniture. if you cannot imagine as good as me, then take a look at the picture. that's how my future living room furniture is going to look like, or even better.

but getting nice furniture can be really expensive as most of them are imported from overseas. local made ones are less versatile and are not very nice. so i will consider to buy bedroom furniture online, Moreover there are a wide selection of bedroom furniture and Home Office Furniture with competitive prices. they're having a sales, now is the best time to check it out.

happy halloween

Happy Halloween!

A NYC cabbie picks up a Nun.She gets into the cab, and notices that the VERY handsome
Cab driver won't stop staring at her. She asks him why he is staring. He replies: "I have a question to ask you but I don't want to offend you."

She answers,"My son, you cannot offend me. When you're as old as I am and have been a nun as long as I have, you get a chance to see and hear just about everything. I'm sure that there's nothing you could say or ask that I would find offensive." "Well, I've always had a fantasy to have a nun kiss me."

She responds,"Well, let's see what we can do about that: #1, you have to be single and #2, you must be Catholic."

The cab driver is very excited and says,"Yes, I'm single and Catholic!"

"OK" the nun says. "Pull in to the next alley."

The nun fulfills his fantasy, with a kiss that would make a hooker blush. but when they get back on the road, the cab driver starts crying.

"My dear child," says the nun, "why are you crying?" "Forgive me but I've sinned. I lied and I must confess, I'm married and I'm Jewish."

The nun says, "That's OK. My name is Kevin and I'm going to a Halloween party."

getting a new old world sleigh bed

::this is a sponsored post::

my brother is having a house warming tonight. he just moved in across the street where i live. everything is almost done, the painting, the cleaning and rearranging of the furniture. talking about the furniture, he bought a matrress without a bedframe. he's on a tight budget, and he thought he will rather go bed-less for now.

when he got enough money, maybe he should get one of the old world sleigh beds. i love it, it's just so pretty isn't it? since they're expecting a baby soon, it might be good to get start looking at King Beds instead of queen beds.

busy days ahead

today is the start of a busy weekend, and it's not even weekend i know. with brother's house warmin, an invitation to a raya's open house, a birthday party, i'm goin to turn into a big fat bitch momma in no time.

the party, bein a host, simply means tonnes of errands to run. how i wish daddy can get me a butler. where on my land can i find a butler? i'm so daydreamin!

i got an "apple juice"

oh, i did tell you i'm gettin an iphone. and i got it. yeah. i'm just having so much fun playing around with it. and yes, it's a hacked version. thanks to a friend who is genius enough to do it for me, for free.

the cool thing about iphone is that my almost 2 years old son is so attracted to it as well. he calls it "apple juice". oh ya, he got the idea from that half bitten apple - the famous apple logo.

haha, what a genius!

getting a first class honours

i'm not a very bright person, if i'm honest enough to say so. but on the brighter side, i have a degree. though i stuggled quite a bit, in fact a lot during my university, i'm glad i did it. i wasn't the type of bookworm that clings on to books or go around the university with a backpack full of revision books.

i'm more of a lazy student who enjoys the first few months of the semester hanging out, having tea with friends. and towards the end, when the reality hits me that i've a lot to catch up, i'll burn endless amount of midnight oil to get me through the finals. that's just so me. and good news is, this has become a norm student lifestyle.

if i ever get the chance to study again, i'll really put in my effort to get a first class honours, because the last degree i got is not a first class. capella university might be a good start for me, it offers offers graduate various online degree programs majoring in so many fields. i'm sure i'll find something i'm really interested in.

man and their garages

::this is a sponsored post::

man and their machines are inseparable, like we girls don't know. my hubby, for one, owns a garage for fixing his own cars. the fact that he uses it privately, and not open to public, doesn't help much because he tends not to maintain the cleanliness of his garage. yucks, oily garage flooring everywhere is one of the reason i didn't like to get into his garage.

i should really make him consider getting a new flooring like the one in the picture. the combination of black and grey floor tiles looks great. then maybe i'll be more willing to step into his garage, or shall i call it his "toy room"?

blog break, weekend break

it's been a busy weekend for me. took a break off bloggin though a break didn't quite spare my mind off bloggin. i seems to think about things that i can write in my blog. such as "oh, i can blog this", this can go in my blog".

and of course, i couldn't help thinkin about those opportunities that i missed. err, money matters too. not only for me, i'm sure this applies to everyone. money is just a crucial thing in our life, it keeps us alive. a lot of it makes you spoil with choices. as if you don't know.

alright, a wrap for today

i shall call it a day. hubby just got back home. very late i know. he loves hanging out with his friends at the mamak sipping tea. on a good harvest day like that, i love having the pc all to myself, now that he's back, i realised it's 1 in the mornin. that's the end of my blogathon as of today. i did achieve quite a bit. haven't i?

away in my dreamland

do you have those moments where you dream you can live in someone else's land? those moment where you can't stop thinking maybe the grass is greener at the other side on the land? i'm sure you do. because i often dream so.

this has nothin to do with my life, just a case of my imaginary travels far beyond my mind can think. it often takes me places i dream of going, or staying, especially in western countries where i can build snowman in the winter, pick flowers in the spring, pick dried leaves in autumn, and chill out in summer. i love four seasons.

if given a chance, i think i might fit in pretty well there in Orlando, provided someone pays for my stay. Worse come to worse, there are many Orlando Hotels i can book online, as most websites offers 35-50% off the hotel normal rates. with 52 different theme parks, i can stay there for good, i really don't mind.
