this is the photos i took from the banquet hall in sheraton subang. the event was taken care by an event management company, but im not sure who. but those flower deco are definitely goin to make anyone go gaga. as seen here, a centrepiece for the table, the hall decos and the grand-table for the queen. yes i mean the real queen. kiddin you not.

good for your hair

i found this so called celebrity best kept secret to beautiful hair on youtube. no harm tryin, and since everythin i need i can find it in the kitchen. so i did try.

all you need is:

half a grapefruit

an egg,

a tablespoon of olive oil.

please do not include the grafefruit pulp as it can be quite disastrous, trust me on this. i thought its a good thing until i have to clean my hair twice to get rid of those pulps stickin to my hair. gosh!

and this is how you do it:

squeeze the grapefruit juice, beat up the egg and add in the olive oil. tadaaaa..apply it to your dry hair and leave it for 20minutes.

the result to me, is not very impressive. but still it does good for your hair.

velvet ribbon belt

i'm a loyal surfer of martha stewart.com. always full of surprisingly gorgeous ideas for every craft or decorations i need. just thought thing velvet belt thingy is so freakin easy to make and stylish don't you think. the good thing is that i already have everythin i need to make one. no. i probably could make 10.

here's how:

Add a luxurious touch to any outfit with a belt of velvet ribbon. but i think it's another great idea for a scrapbook.

Cut 2 1/2 yards of natural-fiber velvet ribbon. Slip two D rings slightly wider than the ribbon onto one end, and fold both ends of the ribbon in toward the midpoint, fuzzy side out, keeping the D rings at one folded end. Remove backing from a 1 1/4-yard piece of iron-on fuse tape, and sandwich it between the layers; place scrap velvet facedown on top, and iron on the cotton setting to fuse the layers.

perfect weekend

i did some sewing at home, besides lazying around. Hubby and I went to the race track to watch the Japan GT race and also the Formula Renault race in Sepang. It was cool..even though the heat makes me want to faint. Such a perfect weekend, my roses are in full bloom blooms.

if i could turn the clock way back to 1997, there are a lot of things i want to do differently. to begin with, i would have major in designs. interior or maybe graphic design. well, no point crying over spilled milk right. no no. not crying at all. best way to make up is to keep up. with lotsa photoshop tutorials and tips, i think im doing quite well as a novice. do come back and check out my work alright.
